Return policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. All sales are final once the order has been delivered.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge. To be eligible:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@piccksy.com or +91 9172412899.
• Share a complete, unedited unboxing video along with photos of the product and packaging.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.

Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a pickup and ship a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (or to your bank account/UPI for COD orders).
